About Us

Cashflowdealz.com is a website owned and operated by Revision Homebuyers LLC.  Josiah Barkman started Revision Homebuyers as a part time venture in 2018 while working in construction, and in 2019 he started working in the business full time.  The company was born out of a desire to help solve problems for both sellers in unique situations and for investors looking to create income through real estate.  Josiah is also part owner of another company that invests in residential real estate as well.

Fascination with the American Dream and the ability to create your ideal life has also been a big driver for Josiah getting into business.  But with that freedom and ability in our country comes great responsibility.  That is why the bigger vision of Revision Homebuyers and cashflowdealz.com is not only to create financial freedom for us and our partners but to be able to use this platform and our network to raise awareness about human trafficking.  Josiah’s passion and goal is to partner with and/or start a non profit to be able to help children that are victims, and that have been rescued from this terrible reality.

Josiah and his wife Angela live in Apple Creek with their daughter Abigail. They attend Grace Church in Berlin where they are members.
